Państwowe Muzeum na Majdanku w latach 1944-1947. Wybór dokumentów

A set of documents concerning the origins of theStateMuseumat Majdanek and its activity in the first years of its existence. It contains, amongst other things, the camp area and buildings examination protocols carried out in August 1944 on the initiative of the Polish-Soviet Commission for the Investigation of Crimes Committed at Majdanek. The plans of the camp, crematorium building and gas chambers have been attached to these documents. The documentary part is preceded by an extensive foreword and followed by a selection of photos taken in the years 1944-1947.
